the modern and quiet design of the database was very appealing. the location was perfect, offering a private city view that allowed us to leave the curtains open if we wanted. One pro tip we discovered was that if we wanted to go to Building B, we could instruct our taxi or ride, sharing service to drop us off there instead of at the entrance. we were able to have food delivery, bottled water, and even beer delivered right to our door. the apartment itself was faultless, spacious, and well, equipped, especially the kitchen for European guests. the price of only 8000 Baht/month was incredibly cheap and the WiFi worked perfectly. the resort was well, maintained and had a well, equipped gym. We also appreciated that a motorbike rental company was conveniently located just 20 meters from the resort entrance, allowing us to explore the area easily.

The apartment at Grand Avenue By Tech was absolutely cozy and inviting. I instantly felt at home with the warm and comfortable seating area and the spacious balcony where I could enjoy the fresh air.
Personally, I found the tile/marble floors in the apartment a bit chilly. Although some may find it aesthetically pleasing, I would have preferred a warmer flooring option.

Easy check-in, excellent hosts who arranged my taxi, clean and modern design, private city view, quiet location. Can request food delivery and other amenities. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious apartment, affordable price. Perfect WiFi, well-equipped gym. Motorbike rental nearby. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this well-kept resort for a month and the experience was faultless. Apartment No. 517 was spacious, clean, and equipped with a kitchen suitable for Europeans. The price of 8000 Baht/month was incredibly cheap for the quality. WiFi worked perfectly and the gym was well equipped. Additionally, there was a motorbike rental company conveniently located just 20 meters from the resort entrance, offering great prices for a Honda Klick 125. The beach was only a short walk or 3-minute motorbike ride away. I highly recommend this apartment at Grand Avenue By Tech.

The beach is also within walking distance or a short motorbike ride away. I highly recommend this resort.
